Ltd. is a private limited company registered in Shenzhen with a capital of RMB 20,000,000.  The scope of Meisheng is to engage in import / export and trading of petroleum related products.  Mr. Qiu Weihao is the Legal representative of Meisheng Investment Development (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd..


The company was formed in 2013 under the name of Shenzhen Meisheng Lubricant Co. Ltd.  and the name was later changed to Meisheng Investment Development (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. in May 2015.

Meisheng was appointed as a distributor of ENOC (Emirates National Oil Company) Lubricants in October 2014.  In December 2020, Meisheng was appointed as the Sole Exclusive Distributor for the whole of China.  Presently Meisheng is marketing and distributing ENOC brand of lubricants to the Automotive, Construction, Industrial and Marine segment in various cities of China.
